At EmpowerU Training, we want all learners to get the most out of their training experience. This policy explains the requirements for participation and our commitment to accessibility.
Participant Requirements
To participate effectively in our training, learners are expected to have:
- A computer or laptop with reliable internet access
- A second monitor is recommended
- Access to the application or software being trained on
- A supported web browser (latest version of Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or equivalent)
- A working microphone, headset, or speakers for interactive sessions
- Access to their Microsoft 365 account (if applicable)
- A quiet environment free from distractions
- Pen and notepad (optional, for note-taking)
These requirements ensure a smooth and productive training session.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
EmpowerU Training is committed to making our courses as accessible as possible. We strive to:
- Provide resources for learners who cannot attend live
- Offer written materials alongside live demonstrations
- Use accessible platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, which include closed captioning and screen reader compatibility
- Make reasonable adjustments for learners with specific needs where possible
