Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

At EmpowerU Training, we understand that plans can change. The following policy outlines how cancellations and reschedules are managed to ensure fairness for all participants and our trainers.

Rescheduling

• Participants may reschedule their booking with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.
• Reschedule requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may not be accommodated, except in cases of illness or emergency.
• To request a reschedule, please contact our team via email or phone as soon as possible.
• Learners may reschedule their session once within 6 months of the original training date.

Cancellations

• EmpowerU Training does not offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind.
• If EmpowerU Training cancels a session for any reason, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
• Refunds are at the sole discretion of EmpowerU Training. To request a cancellation please contact our team via email or phone as soon as possible.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in line with the cancellation terms above.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Group training bookings may have additional terms depending on the agreement – please check your confirmation details.

No-Show Policy

• If a participant does not attend their booked session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
• If a participant does not attend their booked session without notice, it will be at EmpowerU Training’s discretion whether the session can be rescheduled or not.

Exceptions

We recognise that emergencies and illnesses happen. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a fair solution.

Our cancellation and refund policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
