All content provided by EmpowerU Training, including but not limited to training materials, course recordings, videos, guides, presentations, and written resources (“materials”), is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Use of Materials

• Materials are provided for personal or internal business use only.
• Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or resell materials without written permission from EmpowerU Training.
• Live training sessions must not be screen recorded, photographed, or otherwise captured by participants.
• If course recordings are supplied, it will be for review purposes only and must not be uploaded or shared outside your organisation without authorisation.

Ownership

EmpowerU Training retains full copyright and ownership of all training content, whether delivered live or provided in written, video, or digital form.

Customised or branded materials created for clients remain the property of EmpowerU Training unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permission Requests

If you would like to reproduce or use our materials beyond personal or internal use, please contact us for written approval.

Breach of Policy

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of EmpowerU Training materials may result in legal action.
