Payment Policy

At EmpowerU Training, we aim to make the payment process simple and transparent. By booking a course with us, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Methods

  • Major credit and debit cards
  • Bank transfer (by arrangement)
  • Invoice for corporate or group bookings

Payment Terms

  • Individuals: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Corporate/Group Bookings: Payment terms are available by invoice, with payment due within 14 days prior to your training date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices listed in AUD are exclusive of GST.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). International participants are responsible for any applicable currency conversion or bank fees.

Late or Non-Payment

For invoiced bookings, EmpowerU Training reserves the right to withhold training delivery, materials, or certificates until full payment is received.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Security

Online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. EmpowerU Training does not store your credit card details.
